* Tracked 24 is valid for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm. Orders placed on Friday before 1pm are delivered on Monday, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are delivered on Tuesday. All deliveries require a signature upon delivery.

** Click and Collect orders – we will call, text or email you to confirm when your order is ready. If placed before 12pm your order will be ready to collect the same day.

Please note that in some cases customers living outside of Europe may incur import duties / local taxes. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed, Little Boppers Boutique Limited do not show or include these potential additional costs on our invoice’s.

Dispatching

Here at Little Boppers Boutique Limited we make every effort to dispatch your order within the same or next working day after placing the order. It could, however, take longer in some cases due to very busy periods such as Sale. Next Day deliveries are always packed and despatched as a priority. If for any reason there becomes a delay we will inform you.

Please do note that Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working business days therefore our postal business days are Monday – Friday.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely happy with any items from your order you may return them to us within 14 days from delivery (subject to our terms and conditions) for a refund or store credit (you can choose on your returns form). Please note your returns must be delivered to us within this time, returns received beyond these periods will not be accepted unless agreed otherwise (or in the case of faulty items – see below).

Exchanges

To avoid disappointment we advise that you place a new order for any items you wish to exchange for and request a refund for your return, as the items you want may sell out in the time it takes for us to receive your return. We are not able to hold items and cannot guarantee their availability prior to receiving your return.

Sale Category

Items purchased under the SALE category can only be returned for store credit or exchange. This excludes coupon promotion sales like Black Friday, where all coupon item sales are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item to us

Buyer pays return postage

Wrap your item(s) safely and securely to avoid damage in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us safely. You may wish to use recorded or special delivery as appropriate.

Once we have received your return: Your return will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation with the details. We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of delivery.Please note that once we process your refund, the funds may still take up to 5-8 working days to show in your bank account. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.

UK customers: Simply fill in the Returns Form enclosed with your order

  • Package your items carefully; with each item in condition you received it and with all labels attached (including hangers).
  • You will be responsible for the returned items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
  • If the value of your exchange exceeds the amount paid in your original order we will require additional payment.

Underwear/ Swimwear / Tights

In the interest of hygiene, all underwear and swimwear must be returned in original packaging and condition with tags in place. Little Boopers Boutique Limited will not accept any underwear, swimwear or tights without their original packaging intact.

Shipping Cost

Please note that we do not refund shipping charges for returns or exchanges unless an incorrect item has been shipped or it is due to a manufacturing defect or if the, whereby we will also pay for the cost of the return postage (up to a maximum of £3.65).

Shipping charges will be applied to orders that qualified originally for FREE UK delivery, if the remaining amount of the order, after reimbursement, does not reach our free shipping amount of £100.00.

 

Conditions for Return

Items must be in brand new condition and show no signs of wear with all original packaging, garment tags and labels still attached. Original shoe boxes and other containers that products are sold in are considered part of the product and must also be returned in undamaged and unused condition. Items returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted.

We do not accept items that have been damaged by wear and tear, altered or washed incorrectly (please check washing instructions on all garments before handling). When trying items on, please be sure they do not come in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other chemicals, and be sure to try shoes on a soft clean surface.

Swimwear and hair accessories are not accepted under our returns / exchange policy due to hygiene.

At Little Boppers Boutique we take a great deal of care to quality-check all items thoroughly before they are dispatched, but please check your items carefully on delivery for any damage / faults and return them within the above returns periods for a refund, store credit or replacement.

All items returned as ‘faulty’ will be subject to a thorough investigation to confirm that the damage is due to a manufacturing fault and not normal wear-and-tear, which is not covered by our returns policy. The item may need to be shipped to the manufacturer for them to assess and decide this, which can take up to 14 days.

Cancellations Policy

Orders cancelled prior to processing are eligible for a full refund, however once your order has been gift wrapped and / or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, please follow our returns policy once you receive your order. Please note that any special order items cannot cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
