Piccola Speranza Girls Black & White Tweed Skirt & Blouse

Lovely black and white skirt for girls by Piccola Speranza, made in soft tweed with a sparkly silver thread. This pleated skirt has a black tulle trim around the hem for a pretty, feminine look.
